I'm a big pet-lover and especially a major cat-person. I have taken care of animals since I was 8. We always had one dog and cat growing up as well as a rat and rabbit for several years. I have watched many different roommates' cats while they are away, as well as driving over to friends' houses to care for their cats. I've also had several regular cat-sitting jobs where I have frequently stayed in their home to care for their cat(s). I adopted my own cat at 19 and had her for 7 great years before her untimely passing. Julia was fantastic! She was responsive to messages as we were coordinating her visits and asked great questions to make sure she understood everything. Our two cats enjoyed Julia's overnight stays immensely, and she left our home spotless. One of our cats is not very outgoing, but she warmed right up to Julia. Upon arrival, we found two happy, relaxed cats! Would highly recommend Julia.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
