Mostly because they are the ideal and consistent roommate humans can't always be. :) I often joke my cat, Carla, has more clear, distinct boundaries than I do and I should be more like her. I understand your pets are so important to you and the last thing you want while you're taking care of business or on vacation is to worry or feel guilty that you're not taking care of them. I hope to ease that stress for you! I am someone who spends time with your loved pet but also respects the special routines and personalities they come with. I treat Carla, my cat of 6 years, as my cohabitant. I'm there for her when she needs me and otherwise, she does her own thing (she's fairly independent). Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation
and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any
earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation
rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Gift Card Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the
reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50%
of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48
hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and
the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
