I'm so glad I found Karina for my Ryuk ! he's kind of a silly guy and he's been a little standoffish with pet sitters in the past but he must've felt at ease with Karina. He has hyperthyroidism and we think hyperesthesia that he takes meds for and she was wonderful taking care of him. She gave amazing videos and pictures so I knew Ryuk was having a good time !! and also gave me a report of the visit after. Karina was above and beyond in all ways possible! my cat loved her at first sight, she consulted me on an ongoing litterbox problem, was so loving towards my cat that my 3-day leaved could not have been better in terms of cat concerns. This is my second time coming right back to Karina, because my somewhat shy-tempered kitty loved her immediately. When we returned I could see in her eyes she was reassured and warmly taken care of. Karina thinks for her like her own cat, viewing her environment to imagine what might be best for her, and do things out of her expected responsibility to absolutely ensure their comfort. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.

We know every kitty is different and that's why we offer tailored, in-home services since cats don't do well outside their own homes.
