Vivian is truly the best! She is the only sitter where I have zero doubts my girls are getting the best care. My cats have two very different personalities and Vivian manages them both wonderfully. I had an exceptional experience working with Vivian. Went on a trip for two weeks, the longest I have ever left my cat, and Vivian made sure to take detailed notes during our meet and greet and provide regular updates and videos when I was away. She went above and beyond brushing my cat twice a day and making sure she was active. My cat takes a bit to warm up to new people but she was purring with Vivian after only a day or two which was very reassuring to see. Vivian was a great sitter for our cat during a week or so when we were out of town over the holidays. She sent regular updates including pictures & videos, and was proactive in going above the minimum feeding/litterbox, ie asking to clean up spilled litter from the floor. Additionally, when we had some sudden plumbing trouble requiring immediate repairs, she sent very helpful in identifying the issue (letting us know the water was out; she ensured to bring bottled water for our cat on subsequent days) & doing what she could to help destress our cat during the repairs. Overall, Vivian was great & would highly recommend to anyone who needs a sitter!

We were so lucky to have Vivian to look after our cat Chili during holidays. She was very communicative and sent daily updates with photos and videos. We didn't have much toys as we just moved in the new place however she brought toys with her to play with Chili.
