Hello! I'm Justin Soto. I recently moved to Dallas from Orlando, Florida for a new job. My first cat Smoky (even though he was not the warmest) was how I fell in love with kitties. Since then, my family has had 5, we fell in love. My 4 year-old kitty Rosie (she's the gray one on the left) who I adopted in 2018 is still back home in Florida with her grandma and grandpa for now. I've raised her since she was 4 months old. Carlton is the orange one on the right, he's shy, but the sweetest boy. He's 14 years old and still keeping up with Rosie and loves to play! I was also an animal volunteer in high school, leading monthly volunteer events at PetSmart. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Gift Card Balance if
they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive
any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned
earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund
will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned
earnings.
