Elizabeth was great and my cats loved her! She was attentive and always sent me updates and pictures/videos. My cats are usually a little nervous or shaken after I come back from a trip but they were totally happy and chill :)

Betsy was an amazing sitter for our three kitties. Two of them are older and needs lots of care and attention.. She sent videos every day, even doing mid-day checking! Having her in the same building gave additional peace of mind. The absolute best sitter experience you could ask for. Wonderful!

I had, paws down, the best experience I've ever had with a sitter for Mr. Meows. Elizabeth was great with communication letting me know when she was going to arrive along with a quick note letting me know that everything was great. This gave me peace of mind since it’s been a while since I’ve had to leave the city. She spent the perfect amount of time with Mr. Meows and, reviewing my nest cam, was very respectful of my apartment - a huge plus! Will definitely be using Elizabeth again!

Elizabeth was great!! She told me exactly when she’d be stopping by and made sure to send me updates after each visit along with pictures to ensure Leo was doing well. I will definitely be requesting her again in the future:)

Cancellation Policy
Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
