My reservation with Lisa was phenomenal because she went above and beyond. I could tell by the pictures she sent me that my two cats enjoyed being with her for the eight visits she made. Lisa helped my shy Tory become welcoming to her.

Lisa came through for our last minute reservation and gave our little fur guy great care while we were gone. He was shy for his first time away from both parents, but Lisa was able to convince him to come out of his shell! With excellent attention to detail, pro knowledge of cat care, and lovely communications, I’m grateful for her service.

Lisa just completed her first days of taking care of our two five-month-old kittens and we couldn’t be happier. From our first meeting, when she came to introduce herself to us and the kitties, it was clear she has a way with cats (and humans). She has vast experience and a gentle touch. The kittens were visibly happy in the many photos and videos she sent us and Lisa communicated frequently about the goings on in our cat-happy apartment. We look forward to having her back when we need to be away in the future!

When it came to the actual engagement and taking care of our little guy, she was WONDERFUL - lots of pictures and updates and confirmations of all our requests! We ran into a hiccup when I forgot to set our front door lock in a particular way, and Lisa fixed it for us immediately! When we got home, our kitty was so cared-for and happy - and then we saw that Lisa had figured out a way to fix our pantry door that had been stuck open for 3 years! Lisa is a GENIUS! Very pleased to have run across Meowtel and even more pleased to have chosen Lisa as our overnight cat sitter while away on vacation. Our rescue cat, Tuna, can be fairly standoffish - and in some cases can be downright grumpy - when meeting new people. Lisa had the patience and skills needed to bring Tuna out of her usual hide-behind-sofa reaction to new visitors. Lisa also gave us comfort with her updates on her progress with Tuna during her stay at our house. From beginning to end we couldn't have been more happy with Lisa and the cat sitting services she delivered. We definitely hope to use Lisa for our future cat sitting needs.

Lisa was fantastic! She responded quickly to confirm initial booking; including a last minute booking extension made while I was on my trip due to travel delay. She truly is a cat whisperer, upon first meet and greet my cat Cookie, who is friendly but can be wary of strangers, felt completely comfortable with her right away. I really appreciated her care and attention to my baby Cookie, and I’d definitely book her again!

Lisa was fantastic, I booked her last minute and she responded quickly and was able to schedule the meet and greet around my limited schedule, as well as communicated well about what times she could come to see my cat based on her schedule. I was concerned about my cat because she's been skittish around strangers but Lisa walked me through her process of getting shy cats used to her presence and it seems like it worked because she actually managed to see my cat emerge from her hiding place! I got lots of great photos and updates and Lisa did everything I could've asked for (including a somewhat convoluted key hand off)

This was our second time requesting Lisa's help with our two young cats and she is a fantastic sitter! She is super attentive, kind, and patient with our cats. One example of this is how she noticed that one cat eats a lot faster than the other, so she took special care to make sure they each eventually ate the same amount of food. She is also very good with giving pets and treats! I fear the cats are more excited whenever Lisa comes to visit vs when we come home ourselves hahaha

Lisa was the perfect choice of Catsitter for my two little boys. From the moment I booked, she provided prompt, detailed communication about visit times, procedures and setting up an initial meeting. During the meet-and-greet she took detailed notes on the cats feeding instructions and even coaxed one of my shy babies out to say ‘hi’. While I was away, Lisa provided the most adorable photos on one of my boys playing with his toy and siting in a very relaxed manner on the couch. I could instantly tell through the images that he was content and at ease. One of my cats was very shy and did not come out during her visits, but Lisa made sure to leave him extra food and treats. I will definitely be booking with Lisa again in the future. I always fret when I’m away from my cats because they are very particular about who they will interact with, but my worries are now alleviated. Thank you, Lisa!

Lisa is wonderful! Going away is much less stressful knowing that we'll have someone who will take great care of our cats and keep us posted with any updates and lots of cat photos. She is also very accommodating to stick to their schedules to avoid as much disruption as possible to their routine. You can tell she has a big heart and treats your animals as her own!
