Lex loves Camille! I know this because she share videos as she’s walking into my place with Lex greeting her and falling at her feet when she enters. She communicates well when she won’t be available to visit at her standard time. She’s also gone as far as cleaning up after him when he gets mischievous lol

I can’t recommend Camille enough! She took such amazing care of my cat, Carl, while I was away. From the daily updates (with the cutest photos!) to the extra attention she gave to make sure he felt comfortable and happy. I came home to a relaxed, well-fed, and very content kitty—which says everything. On top of that, she was very reliable and communicative. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, caring, and dependable, Camille is the one. I’ll definitely be booking with her again!

Camille is fantastic at taking care of my Leximus! She is great at maintaining the requested schedule and communicating any changes that come up. Her engagement with myself and Lex makes me comfortable with maintaining her as my go to for Lex’s care. She provides great photos/videos,l and detailed recaps of what she has taken care of and anything she might see to be concerning. 10/10 would recommend!

Camille was probably the best cat siter I’ve had! Her love and care for cats showed and my shy babies instantly felt comfortable with her. I love that she sent me a video each time she arrived and departed the house. The best thing about Camille was watching her play and engage with the cats on camera. I feel guilty leaving me cats, but watching them play and have fun while I was gone let me know they were ok and in good hands. I highly recommend!

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
