Our cat is usually unhappy after we return, peeved that we had the nerve to "abandon" him...which usually manifests itself in a few days of chomping on my husband's arm. However, when Naomi watches Ross, that hasn't happened, so she is definitely doing something right! Kudos to Naomi.

Naomi is the best!!! When she’s watched our cat she’s sent us a lot of picture & video updates, which - having a cat with a lot of medical issues - eased our worries about being away! She definitely goes the extra mile to ensure the kitties & cat parents are happy!

Naomi was phenomenal. This was my first time leaving my cats overnight but I immediately trusted her and knew they were in great hands. She kept me updated with pics, videos and texts. She has the perfect demeanor for any type of cat personality. She is super patient and gentle. I had to leave town unexpectedly and Naomi was able to fit me into her schedule despite the last minute request. Overall, I felt really comfortable with the whole process and would highly, highly recommend Naomi. I’m looking forward to her next visit and can’t wait to book her again - I just hope everyone else doesn’t beat me to it!

This was the first time working with Naomi and we had a fantastic experience! She was kind enough to do a video introduction chat so we could talk and get to know one another (and the cat!) a bit. Shortly after she visited our cat Lola each day for 7 days while we were on vacation and it went without a hitch! Naomi is super communicative so we never had to wonder at all how Lola was doing or if she was being fed enough, etc. I can't wait to work with Naomi again!

Naomi was great to deal with. We had a zoom pre-meet given quarantine. My cat seemed to really like her (and he is a bit choosy!). She sent great daily updates with pictures. I will def have Naomi take care of Beau in the future.
