Brandy is so wonderful about communicating and sending pictures and videos about my two feral cats that do not trust anyone but us but she had some tricks up her sleeve! my youngest kitty Trouble craves human touch so she eventually allowed Brandy to rub her belly! trouble did feel comfortable enough to prance around her house while brandy was here instead of hiding as the week went on so she warmed up to her which amazed us. Kamara warmed up enough to stick her nose out a tiny bit from under the bed, every single feeding I received a report, pictures or feeding which put us at ease, I felt comfortable with Brandy from the first visit, I knew she was a Cat Person! don’t hesitate to hire her, we will again! Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
