Nicole did a great job managing our 3 boys while we were out of town. She gave reports and photos of her visits. They seemed to be happy and well cared for. They can be a bit high maintenance because one has no teeth, one is 7 months old, and the third one has a special diet. It's difficult to find someone reliable who will spend the time with them.

Nicole did a wonderful job managing our 3 cats while we were gone for 5 days. They range in age from 5 months to 10 years and have particular needs, so it's hard to find someone who is willing to take that on. She did such a great job, sent reports twice a day, plus lots of pictures. We knew our boys were in good hands. We will definitely ask her again if we have another need for a pet sitter.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
