Hi! My name is Scott. I was born and raised in upstate NY in a home that always had cats. My first memory is of our family’s big orange cat (Mr. Puss). From that point on, my parents (who also loved cats) made sure we had a constant family member that was feline from Mr. Puss to Cinders to most currently, Midnight, who is still going strong at 11 years old. Currently, now as an adult, I live in Boston with my partner and have two male 1- year- old cats of our own (Roy and Jamie). We adopted them from a shelter when they were kittens last year and have enjoyed every minute with them. Taking care of cats has always come naturally to me and I’ve been told I am a cat whisperer. Most cats seem to be comfortable with me and approach me right away. I am usually able to read cat’s discrete signals, moods, and am an expert cat cuddler. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
