As a veterinary professional, I highly recommend Vivian because she is an excellent cat caretaker. She administered two different eye medications to my tortie and one oral medication to my tabby boy. She administered these with care and patience. Further, we got very nice updates with personal touches about how each cat's temperament was and letting us know that food, water, litter and other chores involving the cats were provided. Vivian came for morning and evening visits over a Friday - Sunday when we went out of town. It was super reassuring knowing that all three of our cats were in such good hands. My partner and I hardly ever get away from the city but we asked Vivian fot help doing so and were not disappointed. We could really detatch from work and the hustle and bustle of the city and ultimately just unplug because she gave us that much peace of mind -and, it's not an easy thing to do! Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.

We know every kitty is different and that's why we offer tailored, in-home services since cats don't do well outside their own homes.
