What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?

My first set of cat sitting jobs were in 2006. My clients included mutli-cat households, special needs kitties, and some very shy, semi-feral babies. I even had a client with two very shy cats who were trained to use the toilet. I'd go there to flush the toilet, make sure the auto feeder and water fountains were in order, and then bounce (since the cats were scared, the client didn't want me trying to interact with them). Each job was very different from the previous one, and it kept things interesting.

What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?

It's an extension of my life's mission. I already do this work every day of my life - sharing my love and experience helps to further enrich my community.

Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?

Right now, I have over 50 cats as part of my rescue. Some are permanent residents and will never be adopted due to being feral, senior citizens, or having a disability, so I'll just name them so the list won't be too long. Raquel did an amazing job taking care of our senior cat over the Christmas and New Year holidays even coming out during the snow storm! She gave our cat her daily meds, kept an eye on her food intake, changed the litter, cleaned the water fountain, and even cleared up after some messes our cat made. Would definitely reserve again!

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
