Amy was amazing with our 2 cats. She brought toys to keep them entertained, made sure to give one of our cats his medications (which is no small feat), and went above and beyond to make sure that they were safe, healthy, and well taken care of. We would use her again in a heartbeat!!

Amy was such a lovely cat sitter. She was very thorough and thought of precautions and activities for the cats beyond what I asked of her. She also made sure the apartment was tidy for when I returned even turning on the fan when she noticed things getting a bit stuffy. Amy kept a strong line of communication, sending me photos and giving me peace of mind while I was away. I really appreciated that because it helped me notice things in the apartment that the cats had messed with a bit and she was able to put things back into place before it got out of hand i.e my cats were kneading their claws into the chair and the blanket over it got moved so Amy made sure to put it back in place to prevent more damage. Little things like that here and there made me a lot less apprehensive about any mischief these little buggers could've done without some supervision. On top of all this, Amy was very sweet and loving with the cats. And they took really well to her. It's always hard being away for so long and Amy made me feel very at ease.

This was my first time using Meowtel or any cat-sitting service, but I will be a repeat customer of Amy’s without a doubt. She made me comfortable over the course of the meet and greet – asking questions, double-checking how I do things, learning about Coco – in such a way that I was glad to hand her my keys. I wasn’t on a terribly long trip but Amy established a consistent schedule for twice-a-day visits and administered my cat’s meds with ease. (Needless to say, she checked in with me each time, sending photos and videos and asking for clarifications on things like my preferred A/C temp.) By the last couple of visits, Coco was treating Amy like an old friend, which was incredibly heartening and reassuring to see. If you’re on the fence about using Meowtel, make Amy your first cat-sitter!!

Amy was a fantastic overnight sitter. She stayed two nights. My aging cat hates to be alone. Amy sent great photos and videos. And she was able to give him his medication - a syringe of liquid med. Which is praise-worthy because he absolutely hates it and runs away. She was successful each time! I am so very grateful and will definitely use her again for overnight stays! Amy is an amazing sitter! From the moment we met her and introduced her to Pas de Chat, we knew we trusted her to keep our little one safe and cared for while we were away for the week. Amy was absolutely wonderful with our cat Birdie. Birdie is pretty skittish and standoffish around other people, but Amy truly is a cat whisperer and Birdie warmed to her, ate treats out of her hand, and played with her. We loved the photos and updates Amy sent us, and it was great knowing Birdie was in such good hands while we were away. We would absolutely reach out to have Amy cat sit again in the future.

She fed him the finest gourmet food, as much as he wanted. She made sure the facilities were in proper order. She performed the perfect grooming via a perfect brushing. She was hooked.
