Hi! I love cats. All of them! I volunteer in cat rescue which includes pulling cats from shelters and finding homes, fostering, volunteering events for rescues I believe in, and doing street rescue and TNR. Additionally, I am a volunteer District Leader for the Humane Society. I have raised a child as a single mom in LA, and worked at a prestigious production company here for over 12 years. Amy stepped in as a new sitter last minute, and during the wildfire crisis in LA. I swear it feels like Amy went to the moon for us, which is so beyond anything that you are really just hoping for with an app like this. Amy was patient, and kind, considerate of not just us but our very sweet brother boys who are very much two different personalities with their own sets of personal requirements. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
