My favorite hobbies are giving kisses (when he lets me!) and treats to my cat Ben and watching kitty... Short girl, friendly and chatty, and always has a big smile on her face! I call myself a "converted cat lady" because I used to be a snobbish dog person, but my life completely changed when I fell in love with a sweet cat! I am now a devoted cat mom to my own 5(ish) year old big boy Ben Wyatt, who started out skittish and afraid of human touch, but with patience and love he has come out of his shell and learned to live up to his destiny of being King of the castle in a downtown LA loft. He is now a very snuggly and clingy baby! :) I also occasionally take care of my friend’s 2 orange cats and I’m proud to share I am my neighbors’ “favorite” sitter for their 2 sweet girlies who refer to me as “Auntie”. :)

I will never not be down for some kitty kisses and cuddles! I am fully invested in taking care of the cats and will spend time learning their likes and dislikes so they will be comfortable and will feel safe in my presence. Sending pictures and videos will not be a problem for me because I love taking those! It makes me so happy to give treats to the kitties and it's a win-win situation for me when I am rewarded with loud purrs. Tell me about your kitties' favorite toys so I can engage them in a play activity, and/or just snuggling in my lap is great too! I am very thorough with cleaning the litter box for my own cat, and I will do the same for yours.
I am in the historic core of downtown LA and can only service areas within a 20-minute walking distance. I am fully vaccinated, will wear a mask if needed, and wash my hands constantly with soap and/or sanitizer.

Jessica is a cat goddess. My cat is very unfriendly, and every day, Jessica sent me videos and pictures of my cat purring, and allowing her to be pet. I have a hard time leaving my kitty because she doesn't like anyone besides me, but Jessica is magical. She's the best!

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.

Los Angeles cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $34.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.
Every cat sitter on Meowtel completes a background check. Ask your sitter about a free Meet & Greet so you (and your kitties!) can feel comfortable with your sitter before you leave.
Cats are territorial animals and don't do well in new environments. The presence of other cats, dogs, and even birds in kennels or animal hotels cause an immense amount of stress. This is why Meowtel was created, so tailored in-home care is brought to you.
We recommend booking daily visits to keep your cats in their routine and help minimize feline anxiety while you're away.

Jessica has made traveling so much less stressful for us. This is the second time she’s taken care of our two boys and we couldn’t be more grateful!
