Courtney is amazing. She was very communicative and my cats clearly loved her because they were far more relaxed than they usually are when I return home from being away. It was so nice to not have to worry about anything thanks to Courtney's thoughtful and attentive care.

Courtney was above and beyond the best cat sitter I've had! She was so attentive and caring to my boy Batman and he warmed up to her so quickly! She was very on top of Batman's picky diet, followed my long list of requests for his feedings and sent me daily morning and evening check ins on his eating habits, play habits, any small concern she may have wanted me to know. she sent multiple photos througout the day just to keep me updated and I loved every photo she sent! I couldn't recommend Courtney more. She was so good to my little guy and I'm sure he misses her already! thank you Courtney!

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our Meowtel Protection Plan in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
