Michael is a fantastic, kind and caring cat sitter who I will definitely book with again. He was extremely attentive to my senior cat, and I could tell that he truly enjoyed spending time with her during each visit. He was very communicative and provided plenty of updates throughout my time away.

Michael was so wonderful with my cat Batman! he was very attentive and Batman warmed up to him quickly! he was very efficient on sending me uodates, pics, and videos so I could see how my little man was doing! I appreciated that he was prompt in timing to the times I had requested. I highly recommend him for your kitties to hang out with!

Michael is an incredible cat daddy. I've lost track of how many fosters he's helped, taking on the task of bottle feeding kittens, facilitating active births, litter box training, and dispensing medicine to seniors. Michael has experience with cats of all ages and loving them so, so well. I feel very secure leaving my senior cat, Zoe, in their care and hanging with their two welcoming cats and whatever foster babies they're supporting.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our Meowtel Protection Plan in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
