Tone was great while we were away on a longer trip, and took excellent care when one of our cats had a medical issue. He made sure to get the right treatment quickly and kept us informed with timely updates. We and our kitties appreciate his attentive care.

Tone is The Best! He took great care of my guys while I was away for work. Tone is great about communicating, both with me and with my cats (one of whom is skittish around noisy people and very much appreciated Tone recognizing his preferred volume!) Our kitties love Tone! We know we can always count on Tone to care for our two cats and our home. He helps with the mail, packages, and to keep an eye on our home while we are away. Tone did an amazing job caring for our kitties while we were out of town! One just started new medication and we were worried about how it would go but Tone managed the medication skillfully and still found plenty of time to play and cuddle with our kittens.

Tone was wonderful at looking after our anxious shy kitty, Rain. From communicating about our meet and greet, to day one care taker duties, Tone was 100% on the ball. He was very respectful about Rain’s hesitancy with strangers and did not push her boundaries, letting her sniff him and talking softly to her. he sent photos, videos and texts every day of his 9 day stint with her and also included details about how much she was eating, pooping and if she had any vomit accidents (only 1! haha). He also checked our mail and brought in any packages we’d received. I can’t recommend Tone enough to look after your fur babies and give you peace of mind that they will be in loving caring responsible hands. Thank you Tone!

Tone is a true cat lover and was wonderful with our senior cat. He’s clearly experienced, especially with administering insulin, and made us feel completely at ease while we were away. He was responsive, communicative, and sent plenty of sweet photos and videos. Most importantly—our cat adored him! We’re so grateful and definitely look forward to working with him again.

I have used Tone to visit my 18 y.o. cat 6 times in one year. What sets him apart from others is that he is respectful and treats my cat with dignity and reverence. i get a video with each visit and he follows every rule of my Cat's two step meal. Everything is beautiful when we get home and our old lady cat is happy, peaceful and comfortable.

Tone is great as always! He takes great care of our cat Rem and sends the best update photos, often amazing mid playtime action shots. He's very diligent and always make sure to check if anything has changed in our cat's care or feeding routine.

Tone really is a shy cat whisperer. Our more outgoing cat was happy to sit in his lap on his first visit, but more importantly he was able to get our very shy cat to interact with him. Normally she hides from strangers, even when we're home, but she came out to play with him and he was even able to give her some of her medicine (she'll often run from us, let a lone a stranger)

Tone was the most amazing caregiver for our two young kitties!! It was our first time using a catsitter, so needless to say we were a bit nervous, however that quickly went away when we met Tone because we immediately felt confident they were in excellent hands. Tone is very kind and thoughtful, always making sure he was doing what was best for the kitties comfort and doing things in ways they’re used to. They’re a bit shy and we’d just moved, so he made sure to give them space to feel safe, and in the end was sending us pictures of him playing with them. I’ve already left a few effusive reviews of Tone’s excellent services. Our “once shy” little guy comes running out to see and mark Tone every time now. He is very calm when we return. This time one of our Blink cameras AND the automatic dry feeder decided to lose Wi-FI connection on TWO different days. Tone sprang into action each time to get the decives back online so we could watch our little furry fellow play and flop around the house. Really put our minds at ease.

Tone took exceptional care of my two cats. I’d never used a cat sitter before since I usually traveled with them, but his care completely put me at ease. My cats were loved, well-looked-after, and happy while I was away. I now feel totally comfortable leaving them at home when I travel.

We’re repeat Tone customers and he is just the best! Cannot recommend him enough. We were out of the country and had a friend watching our cats for 3 weeks, but had a 4-day gap in care and were bit anxious about leaving them with multiple people… but Tone came to the rescue!! Tone was a great caretaker for our cat! He is excellent with cats, especially if they are shy like ours. He is also a great communicator, keeping in touch prior and during his visits. He is also a great problem solver - when our automated litter box went offline, he resolved the problem with ease! All I can say is wow. After my favorite cat boarding place closed down, I was freaking out to find an option. I have relied on friends in the past, but it is a bit inconsistent with care and timing. I travel for work several times throughout the year and like to make sure my baby girl is cared for. A friend of mine had recommended Meowtel assuring me they had great experiences so I decided to try it out. I tried to be as detail oriented as possible, but of course, my stomach had that uneasy feeling not knowing if someone could really care for my baby girl the same way that I would. As well as giving a stranger access to my apartment. Tone put me at ease with every part of this process. He was so responsive immediately, and confirmed everything I sent him. He is so professional, caring, and goes above and beyond. His photos and notes put me at ease so much on my trip. He also took his shoes off before he entered the house, which is such a small detail, but made such a big impact. I told him he could dispose of all items in my trashcan, but he went above and beyond and emptied everything in the trash cans in the alleys every day. I can’t say enough about Tone and can’t wait to use him again!

Tone took amazing care of our 5 kitties. They are pretty shy, born to a stray cat, and we were very nervous about leaving them on their own for the first time. Tone focussed on giving our kitties comfort -- both in terms of helping them relax around him and in terms of keeping their environment clean. Tone visited the kitties consistently at the same time every day and sent us photos and videos and a detailed update each time. He took great care to follow our instructions, and we felt that he is totally dependable, which allowed us to relax, knowing that our kitties are in good care.

This review is all about him dealing very rapidly with an incursion of ants, which —as any cat owner knows— really gets in the way of your cat, actively eating their food. I won’t go into all the gory details— but many different techniques were used to turn a bad situation good very quickly and put our minds at ease thousands of miles away.

Any and all fears of leaving my beloved cat Irving with a stranger went away instantaneously. Tone took such amazing care of him and Irving even allowed Tone to brush him— something he doesn’t let me do. Tone was so thoughtful in his updates and photos. And while I do hate leaving Irv for long periods of time I know now that he will always be well taken care of with Tone.

This was our 2nd time having Tone watch our two kitties and he is amazing! Gave them lots of space to feel comfortable and safe, fed them, and made us feel good knowing they were well taken care of. He noticed their litter box pad needed to be changed and offered to take care of it - he has a lot of attention to detail and makes sure our kittens are doing their best 🤍 thank you, Tone!

Tone is fantastic. I met him when he was taking care of my neighbor's kitties. He watched her babies for several months since she had to go to assisted living and a new home had to be found for them. I know he had to be terrific if he was their caretaker for such a long time. My assumption was correct. My babies were in terrific hands, and Tone goes above and beyond when he watched them for me. One of my boys is going through chemo, and he administered the required medications with ease. They looked wonderful when I returned, and the house was very clean too. I highly recommend Tone to watch your babies. They are in good hands!

Tone is a charmer with my cat Peanut! He is so good with my baby boy that I sometimes wonder if my cat wants to have me back because he loves playing with him. Tone is super attentive and trustworthy as a playmate and caretaker. I truly appreciate being able to leave my furry family and home in his great hands.

No joke - Tone's availability has become a critical factor in determining when I leave town. If I'm making travel plans I ensure he can look after Goose before finalizing departure/return dates. This cat can be moody and unwelcoming to newcomers (even to frequent visitors) but Tone connects with her like a longtime friend and companion. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Thankfully our cat sitter Tone came to the rescue, reorganizing the feeding situation for our 20 year old cat, dispatching the insects, and cleaning up the mess. Tone has cat sat for my three wonderful animals twice now: once for three days and once for a full week. He is wonderful with them! They love the playing, which they never get enough of! In fact, my siberian moped for two days when I returned this last time. Not that she didn't miss me but clearly she missed Tone's visits. On my side, I greatly appreciated the photos and videos he sent regularly. Being so far away this last time, they were a little piece of home that made my day. He was also great in terms of keeping my place clean, litter free and bowls always washed. Thank you Tone!

Tony is a meowtastic cat sitter! He was able to easily give our fussy senior kitty oral meds AND Subq fluids in addition to feeding him twice a day! Tiny sent us videos of Lou while he was eating and getting his fluids to ensure that we knew he was getting the royal treatment. Will definitely be hiring Tony again in the future.

Beyond excellent. took care of my cats for a week while I was out of town. He kept up with my somewhat detailed instructions and communicated with me every day—first day for a couple questions to clarify, and then videos so I could see my babies! The videos showed just how much my cats LOVED him.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Tone. He took care of our cat Pippa, who requires multiple medications including subcutaneous fluids, and he was able to handle it all like a pro. He was very prompt and responsive. We will definitely be using him again!

Anthony went above and beyond taking care of our little ones. He cared for them as if they were his own. He was super on top on communications and really took the time with our kitty with trust issues and he eventually came around which we’ve never seen.

I could not have been happier with the way Tone cared for my 20 year old cat, Dinah. Tone probably doesn't need more reviews as the five-star rating speaks for itself, but I couldn't NOT review him after our wonderful experience! He watched our three cats on two separate occasions and I was shocked at how much they bonded with him in such a short timespan. T was great! I left my cat Charlie alone for the first time and T was consistent on every visit with him. Sending videos and pics, Charlie looked very happy in all of them. He knew how to look after any feeder/water gadgets you may have as well and even brought his own toys. Charlie was very happy when I came back home, and I’m definitely a repeat customer.

Having Tone care for the kitties while we were gone was a major load off my shoulders. AND…he went above and beyond to assess and probably fix my litter robot mechanical issues. My kitties LOVE Tone, too!

I was so nervous to leave Poppy because she has had behavior problems in the past. Tone was incredible and patient with her and sent detailed communications every day. I will definitely be booking Tone again and am so grateful to have him as a cat uncle to Poppy!

Another perfect Tone session is on the books! Our little 4 year old boy loves his Tone-time and Tone-toys. Food and litter are secondary! 😃This repeat exposure to other humans has been critical to my cat’s evolution as a more trusting and calmer feline.

Tone has taken care of my kitties about 4 times now and has been amazing. I feel so relieved that I found a local sitter I can trust. He obviously loves cats and knows what they need.

Tone made it possible for me to take a week long vacation for the first time knowing that my kitty would be taken care of. She’s an old gal and she’s deaf and needs a pill every day. Tone made sure she was happy and comfortable and sent me great updates to assuage my separation anxiety.

Tone is awesome in every possible way. The kitties LOVE him! Tone went above and beyond to care for our cats while we were on our honeymoon....never once did we have to think about our cat care while we were away. Tone went above and beyond to kept an eye on and bring in our mail and any packages left at the front door. While we were away our new litter robot arrived and he was able to set it up and get that running with no problems. The once per day pics and communication from Tone was GREAT...we loved having this little daily text update. We are already booking our next trip. Thanks Tone!!!

Super easy. Tone was great! I have an older cat who needed a pill every morning. Tone was so good with her, and his updates kept me from having to worry.

Tone connected with even our shyest cat and gave them plenty of love and attention. They were extremely well cared for, and we received updates daily. We trust Tone to take greatest care of our kitties when we are away!

Tone was wonderful! He really took the time to get to know each of my three cats, and their different needs and personalities. Tony is the only person we trust to watch our cats. We know he is always gentle and caring. He knows how to properly administer medications and IV drips. He even brings his own toys to keep our cat entertained. 10/10
