Emily is WONDERFUL! I was very nervous to leave my cat alone for the weekend. He is finicky and not a fan of strangers. His care routine also includes morning and evening medicines. He’s not the most low maintenance cat! Emily was so patient with him and gave him a lot of space to warm up to her, all while taking excellent care of his needs. She kept me updated with pictures and videos and kindly responded to my questions/concerns when I was feeling nervous about being away. Emily provided wonderful detailed daily updates over the course of my two week trip. These videos, pics and text really helped me feel my boy Louis was in good hands. Her response time is also excellent. She really helped me out by agreeing to my last minute Christmas sit. I also appreciated that she empathizes with anxious pet parents, has good common sense and in general seemed very responsible. Other nice things were that my apartment was left clean and that she came at a more or less reliable time each day. Overall, highly recommend!

I was initially very nervous to use a new pet sitter, but Emily was incredible with my kitties and put all my worries at ease while we were away.
