Lisa was an absolutely fantastic sitter for my two cats! I was traveling for 10 days, and she was incredibly reliable, especially in navigating my building's strict daily key-checkout protocol with the concierge. She gave wonderful daily updates and took excellent care of my cats—making sure my Nebelung and Russian Blue got their daily brushing and that both of them got plenty of interactive playtime to burn off their energy. It was a huge relief knowing they were in such good, attentive hands while I was away. I highly recommend Lisa to anyone looking for a communicative and professional pet sitter!

Lisa watched our 3 cats for a long weekend after booking her on relatively short notice due to our usual sitter being out of town. She was attentive, lovely, and took wonderful care of our crew — including lifting mattresses and looking high and low for our reclusive senior cat whose olympic level hiding skills required Lisa to check for proof of life 😭 (he was, of course, totally fine). Lisa was responsive and communicative the entire time we were away. Highly recommend!

Lisa is the best! Our poor kitty needed emergency treatment while we were out of town and Lisa cleared her schedule and stepped up to take our girl to the emergency vet, picked up and administered her medicine and spent extra time making sure she was settled back at home. We are so very thankful!

Lisa is the best! She was so attentive, noticed whenever there was something astray in our house (window not closed properly, cat throw up in a corner). She sent a bunch of photos from every visit and let us know how the cats were feeling about her. She also was able to give one of our cats his medicine. If you're a person anxious to be away from their babies, Lisa is the one to hire :).

Lisa saved the day when I had to unexpectedly be away from home, my two kitties, and one sweet ginger guest. The latter had an eye issue and Lisa administered eye drops and gave him lots of extra love and attention. She is very cheerful, caring, and accommodating to your requests. She also helped keep the kitty areas tidy and safe while I was away. My highest recommendations for Lisa! And thanks for being reliable go-to for catsitters, Meowtel!

I can't recommend Lisa highly enough! My ex-boyfriend always watched my two cats, Cosmo and Beverly Leslie, when I traveled, so this was my first time trusting someone new to care for my boys. I was honestly a little nervous, but Lisa completely put my mind at ease from day one. She went above and beyond in every way. She was incredibly attentive, sent frequent updates and photos AND videos, and treated my cats like they were her own. The best part was seeing how quickly Cosmo and Beverly Leslie fell in love with her. The only "problem" was that they both competed for her attention every visit. hahaaha! It made such a difference knowing my babies were happy, loved, and so well cared for while I was out of town. I am beyond grateful to Lisa for everything she did, and I will DEFINITELY be booking her again. If you're looking for someone trustworthy, communicative, and genuinely wonderful with animals, Lisa is the one!

Lisa is a fabulous sitter! She was extremely kind, gentle, and patient with my extremely shy kitty. Despite being shy, Lisa continued to engage her while still being respectful of her boundaries. Towards the end of the booking, my kitty started warming up to her. Lisa would send photos with detailed updates of how my little girl was doing.
