Lisa saved the day when I had to unexpectedly be away from home, my two kitties, and one sweet ginger guest. The latter had an eye issue and Lisa administered eye drops and gave him lots of extra love and attention. She is very cheerful, caring, and accommodating to your requests. She also helped keep the kitty areas tidy and safe while I was away. My highest recommendations for Lisa! And thanks for being reliable go-to for catsitters, Meowtel!

Lisa is a great sitter and gave me complete peace of mind knowing my kitties were in such kind and capable hands! She took the time to get to know each of my boys and their likes//dislikes to ensure they had the most comfortable and enjoyable expierence while I was away. Not only that, but she ensured all was cleaned and tidy for them and that was much appreciated. Lisa is a great communicator and I enjoyed the photos and detailed updates she sent. Lisa is a fabulous sitter! She was extremely kind, gentle, and patient with my extremely shy kitty. Despite being shy, Lisa continued to engage her while still being respectful of her boundaries. Towards the end of the booking, my kitty started warming up to her. Lisa would send photos with detailed updates of how my little girl was doing. I would definitely recommend booking her for your cat care needs!

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
