Kayla was such a lifesaver! She was available on short notice to care for our three cats and did an amazing job managing our tricky setup, keeping one cat separate from the other two while making sure everyone got plenty of love and attention. She was consistent, reliable, and followed all of our instructions carefully. We loved the photo updates she sent after each visit (morning and evening) and it really put us at ease knowing our cats were happy and well cared for. We’d absolutely book Kayla again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring sitter.

I'm actually incredibly jealous of Kayla because my special needs cat climbed into her lap and didn't stop purring! But seriously, this was our second visit from Kayla and she is so great with some very specific requests and my constant communication (LOL). We would love to have her again!

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our Meowtel Protection Plan in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
