I used to have a diabetic cat (Mori) whom I loved very dearly. I was responsible for my cat's daily blood sugar testing, insulin management, dietary adjustments, and overall health tracking. Each of these steps in caring for his health was a further expression of how much love I carried for him. In his passing, I understood that the love and skillsets I built for him motivated me to make those skills available for other special needs critters. Sometimes, we must take a short notice trip, and our fur children, with their unique requirements, can't come with us. That's where I want to come in and alleviate worry! I am comfortable giving shots, pills, fluid injections, applying creams, and other medications. We would definitely ask Andy to sit again. He helped us out for the first time on short notice, and we were able get the visits set up quickly because he was so responsive in his communication. Andy came at times a little different than we discussed, but he did a great job of taking care of all of Lucy's needs, and he left a nice note. Lucy was totally contented when we arrived home.

Once Andrew Ezekiel and I fully connected with our communication about the reservation - after a separate emergency situation he was facing - we were SO pleased with his care and knowledge of our two kitties along with his excellent communication with us while we were out of the country. From the moment he came to meet them, I could tell he had years of experience with cats and he exuded joy when meeting them. I was confident that was how he behaved toward them while he was on the job. We also booked him to stay at our house and he was as thorough with the house responsibilities as with our cats. Ezekiel was amazing with our fur beasts. Both needed medications as well as an inhaler and Ezekiel was able to administer these flawlessly. We received regular updates as well as pictures. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation
and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any
earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation
rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Gift Card Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the
reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50%
of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48
hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and
the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
