Cats are so unique and it’s great to see the many quirky sides that they have. I love interacting with new cats and building a bond with them!

Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?

I have a tortishelle Scottish fold lady and her name is Mochi! She is the love of my life! She’s a 3 year old fiesty and funny girl! I love spending time with her and cuddling

How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?

I try my best to give them as much space as they need. I can approach them calmly and let them sniff my hand but I can also try to be more quiet to allow them to come out and explore my presence when they’re ready!

Asha did a FANTASTIC job of taking care of our two cats, Toby and Luna. She was reliable, thorough, and spent time with our cats and sent us pictures each day. It was incredibly reassuring to know that she was visiting them each day, changing their dry food, water, and litter, and giving them each their specific wet food (they have different feeding needs). She was incredibly friendly and responsive and we felt fully confident the whole time we were gone on our 12-day vacation. We would HIGHLY recommend hiring Asha to take care of your cats!

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our Meowtel Protection Plan in the event that things don't go as planned.

If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
