I tend to err on the side of caution to not promise availability when I'm not certain how busy I'll be with courses, but I'm more than happy to make adjustments to accommodate urgent requests! I currently have two kittens, but I had three senior cats in addition to them a couple years ago. I love how all cats have their own personality. All five cats I've had so far have had such wildly different health and social needs, but each of them is always so special in their own way. I think I'm pretty good at reading them; if they're scared/shy, I'll leave them alone but stay in the room to make sure they're okay. If they're getting tired of attention, I know when to quit. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation
and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any
earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation
rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Gift Card Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the
reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50%
of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48
hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and
the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
