Honestly to me, I don’t understand how anyone could not love cats, they are honestly the most amazing and majestic creatures. I’ve always had a sixth sense when it comes to cats, it’s easy for me to get a grasp on what they are feeling. I like that cats get a sense of comfortability and choose who they choose who they show affection to. I admire their characteristics, their furry skin and unique eyes. I own three cats and one is adopted. Our oldest cat is named Jeter, he is blind now and requires a lot extra care and maintenance. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Gift Card Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not
receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer
cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned
earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
