Hello to all Cat Pawrents! Cat sitting is my second job. My primary job is in bio-pharmaceutical clinical operations. I am lucky to work completely remotely, which allows me the flexibility to engage in my passion of playing with & caring for your cats. I am recovering from left shoulder (rotator cuff) bicep repair surgery, which occurred in Sep 2022. It is a long road of rehab, but I am expected to have FULL use of my left side by Sep 2023. I do have some limitations (incl. reaching overhead and carrying heavy items, such as 15-20 lb bags/boxes of food & litter). I am vet tech trained & have a passion for cats (care & amateur photography). I am an experienced cat owner of >20 years & have been lovingly cared for by MULTIPLE cats along the way. I am currently owned by a SASSY, mini-Panther named, Beyoncé (pictured here). I DO NOT own an automobile & make all visits by foot, bicycle or public transit. Hiromi really is excellent. She was communicative, thorough, and compassionate. My cat had a minor medical issue come up the day before I left for a few days. The vet said it would be fine but I felt so much better knowing that someone with experience was checking on her. Can't recommend enough.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Gift Card Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
