Emily was amazing from beginning to end. very responsive and asked all of the important questions. I was out for almost a week and she kept me up to date on everything going on sending lots of information, updates, and pictures. my kitties were so well taken care of and looked so happy when I got home. She was above and beyond wonderful.

Emily did a fantastic job caring for my two kitties while my husband and I escaped for some much needed vacation time last week. I am always a little nervous about leaving the fur babies but after meeting Emily, I knew they would be in excellent hands. And they were ! She takes her job seriously, is a true animal lover and has great attention to detail. She kept in contact with me at each visit, sent pictures and updated info. I could relax and they were happy, contented kitties when we returned. We look forward to having her care for them on our next trip. Great job, Emily !

Emily was an excellent communicator while I was away. She sent me daily updates on my cat Toby and ensured that he was well taken care of and well loved. I’m sure that he did not even realize that I was gone! If I had to leave for a trip again, I would 100% contact Emily again!

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
