This was Michelle's second time taking care of our two kittens over a long period and she did a wonderful job both times. Although we have a robot litter and feeder, Michelle came by nightly to give them their wet food and play time, and gave us such peace of mind with daily photos as well as check-ins on the litter, water, and general wellbeing of Milo and Luna. She took out the litter and refilled the water before we came home and kindly helped us bring in small packages as they arrived. She was also flexible in looking for alternatives when our house key unexpectedly broke. We would gladly have her watch our cats again!

Michelle took great care of my cats, even though she barely saw them. We are in a rental while some construction goes on at our place. The cats are still adjusting and not likely to want to hang out with strangers, but I did need a sitter to be with them for a few hours. Michelle was up for the task and gave me very nice updates on my ghost-like kitties. I could tell her primary concern was the well-being of my cats, even if there was a chance she wouldn’t see very much of them. My only regret is our permanent home is out of the area she serves.

Michelle was very reliable, on time and precise in her updates of how things were going at the house and with out (always hiding) kitty. She took clear notes and kept us abreast of how things were going and was prompt to reply to any clarifications or questions we had. We will definitely seek Michelle out again if she's available for our next trip out of town

This was my first time using a cat sitter and Michelle specifically. They we kind and loving to my cats and all the responsibilities needed while I was gone for a week. Always ensuring I was up to date with photos and assisted with signage for a last-minute inspection I had for my apartment. They were also very accommodating when it came to the key exchange at the beginning and end of my trip. Both my cats and I were very pleased and comfortable with Michelle. Thank you!!!!
