Kristen is an incredible cat-sitter! I was nervous to try a service like Meowtel cause I’ve always just used the help of family & friends, but Kristen was great at making us feel like our cat was in good hands. The meet & greet was great to be able to easily go over the details & she handled everything perfectly while we were away! She is great about communication & sent detailed updates each visit. She was totally reliable and I so appreciated the thoughtful details—like what Billie seemed to be up to, the cute quirks she noticed & even a valentine “from Billie” on V-day😊 Would absolutely recommend her & plan to book with her in the future!

Kristen is the best! She started out watching my 13 year old kitty who passed away. Sweet Kristen sent flowers and a card. Then I started to foster and she watched a very shy but sweet boy for me. I came home from that trip with another foster and my original foster was adopted. I have since adopted my second foster and Kristen just watched her. Squeak loved Kristen and I always knew that Squeak was in good hands. Kristen sent photos and texts daily so I knew all was well. No matter how many cats I adopt and/or foster, I will always ask for Kristen! She's the very best ever!

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
