Raymond was an excellent communicator as we planned for the trip and what our cats needed. He took great care of them and left the place very tidy.

I had to go out of town unexpectedly and thankfully Meowtel set me up with Raymond. He came by on my tight schedule to meet my cat Bob and go through the things I needed. I had never used a cat sitter service before and was relived when I met him. He has a calm manner about him and I knew he was an animal lover instantly. He asked all the right questions i.e what are his favorite toys, snacks, schedule, activities etc...Things I would have forgotten in my rush and worried about. He sent updates and even though Bob was shy and hid (I knew this would happen) he did coax him out for some companionship eventually. I'll certainly use him again.

Raymond did a great job sending photos each day. He watched our cat Edie for 8 days straight over the holidays, which we were extremely grateful for!
