Rachel did a wonderful job taking care of Mojo during my overseas vacation. Mojo had a health scare mid-vacation and Rachel communicated his symptoms immediately and we made a contingency plan in case I needed to come home. She came early the following day to check on Mojo and let me know his status. Fortunately, the issue passed and didn't require any follow up. I'm so grateful that she was there to take care of him!! Rachel is consistent, reliable and went above and beyond to care for Mojo while I was on vacation.

One of our cats was a real little jerk and hid the first day. He is normally Mr Personality so I was very worried. Rachel talked me down and of course he was waiting at the door next morning. I would hire Rachel anytime- great communication, and kitties were very happy!

Rachel was fantastic with Mr. Butters! She kept a routine, which was helpful since he just got here from Washington state. The worst timing, but I had to go out of town for a work conference and thankfully Rachel was available. He was feeling nervous but I got great updates and she always got him to eat his treats when he was hiding under the bed. definitely recommend Rachel😊
