The worst timing, but I had to go out of town for a work conference and thankfully Rachel was available. Rachel did a wonderful job taking care of Mojo during my overseas vacation. Mojo had a health scare mid-vacation and Rachel communicated his symptoms immediately and we made a contingency plan in case I needed to come home. She came early the following day to check on Mojo and let me know his status. Fortunately, the issue passed and didn't require any follow up. I'm so grateful that she was there to take care of him!! Rachel is consistent, reliable and went above and beyond to care for Mojo while I was on vacation.
