this was my first reservation on this app. I had to find a sitter last minute for my Al and Sarah was above and beyond. she was so caring and affectionate with him and sent many photos and videos. she was on time and arrived earlier in the morning like I had requested. absolutely will be booking her again.

She took photos and videos each time so I didn’t have to worry about them at all and they were noticeably happier when I came back than any other time I’ve left them. Sarah took care of our Cat for a long weekend! Sarah spent time playing with her, fed her, brushed her and emptied litter box. Unfortunately Sarah could not make it the last day due to illness, but communicated promptly and even offered to come the very next morning. We were going to be home by then, so declined the offer.. but Sarah was helpful in crediting the missed visit with Meowtel.
