Our cat, Becky, is shy and doesn’t like to be touched. Sam took the time to let Becky warm up to her. There was a noticeable change in Becky’s stress level when we got home compare to when we’ve taken trips in the past. She was so much calmer having spent time with Sam.

I had a last minute out of town outing that was cancelled by my previous sitter. Sam was amazing with accommodating the situation, even with me changing the dates the last moment. During our meet and greet, my Sahara connected with Sam's friendliness right away! Her response and summary update were heartwarming to read as I could tell both of them were enjoying their time together! Sam was professional throughout the entire interaction. 5 stars!
