Emma sent sweet pics of our kitty babies so we knew they were being well taken care of. Her communication was great. we feel she went above and beyond with her pet care. We would hire her again in a heart beat.

This was my first time leaving my cat, Safaya, with a sitter, and Emma made it a positive experience. Safaya is usually shy and was hiding at first, but she eventually came out, watched them, and even played a bit. I’m happy with how well Emma handled her and would recommend her services to anyone looking for a reliable cat sitter.

Great job and more importantly good follow through. I reserved Emma about 6 weeks in advance. She reached out to me to confirm meet and great time. I didn’t have to initiate which is nice when prepping for a trip. one less thing to worry about. she also worked around my schedule coming at the last possible minute because I have a secure building and getting in without keys is difficult.

We have used neighbors for taking care of our very social cat on vacations, which resulted in him acting out (including not using the litter box) for a week once we got back. Emma did such a great job giving him attention and time that he did not act out at all when we got back. Other caretakers would report that they couldn't find the cat, or didn't see him for days, but Emma always found him and interacted with him at every visit. We are so happy - so is our cat! Will definitely book Emma again.
