Tatjana persevered. What was already a challenge (a 15-year-old diabetic cat not entirely good with strangers) was made more challenging at the last minute when my cat developed dental pain that required added medications and unique food preparation. Tatjana put in the extra work to find my cat (who had found places to hide in a large house), keep her fed, and keep her insulin shots on schedule. She kept me updated throughout. I’m completely satisfied and would recommend her services.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Gift Card Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not
receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer
cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned
earnings.
