We are so thankful to Justin. At the end of a week away, our boy started to show signs of an asthma attack. He was quick to alert us, even sending a video so we could assess our kitty's condition. We appreciated him being so responsive to our messages and willing to take action if needed. Luckily, we were already on our plane home and able to get him properly checked over by our vet the next morning, so all is well. We appreciated Justin's genuine care for our cats, the pictures and videos he sent, and his communication with us. To top it off, he left us a lovely card. Thank you so much.

Justin took amazing care of my Loki and Thor while I was away. Loki can be shy to strangers but Justin took his time with her and she warmed up to him. Loved getting all the updates and pics/videos while away letting me know my first babies were happy and taken care of. Will definitely book again in the future :)

Cancellation Policy
Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
