Cats have been a part of my family since the day I was born. My family has always had cats, of all breeds and personalities, and now I’ve had a cat of my own (Fiona) since 2017. I’m known among everybody that knows me as animal-obsessed. During the day I work as a UX designer and am a full-time remote employee... Welcome to Le Chat Merveilleux (The Marvelous Cat)! I'm here to become your kitty's new favorite sitter. I know how nerve-racking it can be to leave your pets and home in the care of a new person, but hope you will trust me to provide nothing but love, care, and chin scratches to your favorite furry friends.
Cats have been a part of my family since the day I was born. My family has always had cats, of all breeds and personalities, and now I’ve had a cat of my own (Fiona) since 2017. I’m known among everybody that knows me as animal-obsessed. During the day I work as a UX designer and am a full-time remote employee. On the weekends I’m usually hanging out with my son, skiing, hiking, traveling, or out and about Colorado.
I am happy to accommodate most any asks that you have of me during a visit to your home. Outside of the every day tasks (food, water, litter box) I'm comfortable administering most medication, cleaning up any messes, as much downtime or playtime per your cat's preferences and mood, helping out with household tasks, etc. No request is too "high maintenance" and I understand that pets are family and all have different needs, so just communicate with me and I'm sure we can work together!
I’m located in Arvada, close to Olde Town, and have a car so am able to travel to you. I keep my travel distance set relatively close but if you’re further away let’s talk and see what we can work out!

Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?
I have one kitty named Fiona who is my pride and joy! She is forever my first born child (and she knows it).
How do you ensure the safety & security of the cats and the home while cat sitting?
I never let a cat outside, even if the owner has done it in the past. I never want to take any chances and inside is safest while I’m there! I also always clean up the environment and ensure there is nothing on the ground or in reach that could harm them while nobody is around. I have never had any incidents and work to make them as comfortable and safe as possible.
How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?
As somebody who has grown up with cats, I’ve learned that you always let them come to you. I will never force myself upon a cat or worsen their anxiety or unsureness of a new person in their space. They are welcome to hide the entire visit if that’s what makes them happy, but will encourage them to come say hi and make them feel as calm and safe as possible if they do wish to venture out for sniffs, treats, or pets.

Morgan did an excellent job caring for our kitty, as always. She problem solved an issue getting into the house without complaint, went above and beyond to not only give out cat lots of love, but also make sure she had a clean litter box and fresh food and water each day. She is prompt, a great communicator, friendly, and lovely to our cat. I absolutely recommend Morgan!

Holiday Surcharge
Due to high demand during holidays, sitters on Meowtel have the option to set their own holiday price increase, which can be found in the rates section of their profiles. If your reservation falls within three (3) days before and/or after a federal holiday, or on the holiday itself, a holiday surcharge, determined by your sitter, will be added to your reservation.
These are the date ranges in 2026 to which the holiday surcharge applies:
- January 1-4: New Year's 2026
- January 16-22: MLK Day
- February 13-19: Presidents Day
- May 22-28: Memorial Day
- June 16-22: Juneteenth
- July 1-7: July 4th
- September 4-10: Labor Day
- October 9-15: Columbus Day / Indigenous Peoples' Day
- November 8-14: Veterans Day
- November 23-29: Thanksgiving

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.

Denver cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $28.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.
Every cat sitter on Meowtel completes a background check. Ask your sitter about a free Meet & Greet so you (and your kitties!) can feel comfortable with your sitter before you leave.
