I have one kitty named Fiona who is my pride and joy! She is forever my first born child (and she knows it).

How do you ensure the safety & security of the cats and the home while cat sitting?

I never let a cat outside, even if the owner has done it in the past. I never want to take any chances and inside is safest while I’m there! I also always clean up the environment and ensure there is nothing on the ground or in reach that could harm them while nobody is around. I have never had any incidents and work to make them as comfortable and safe as possible.

How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?

As somebody who has grown up with cats, I’ve learned that you always let them come to you. I will never force myself upon a cat or worsen their anxiety or unsureness of a new person in their space. They are welcome to hide the entire visit if that’s what makes them happy, but will encourage them to come say hi and make them feel as calm and safe as possible if they do wish to venture out for sniffs, treats, or pets.

Morgan did an excellent job caring for our kitty, as always. She problem solved an issue getting into the house without complaint, went above and beyond to not only give out cat lots of love, but also make sure she had a clean litter box and fresh food and water each day. She is prompt, a great communicator, friendly, and lovely to our cat. I absolutely recommend Morgan!

Cancellation Policy

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Cat parents will receive a full refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
