Right from the start, I felt confident that Caroline would be a great cat sitter. She asked all the right questions during our meet and greet about feeding habits, litter boxes, special needs/quirks of our three cats, etc. Caroline sent us daily reports with pictures to reassure us that all was well and picked up our mail. She was even able to coax our shyest kitty to make an appearance during her visits. When we returned from vacation, all was well among our cats-- the mark of a great cat sitter! We would absolutely book Caroline to care for our cats again and highly recommend her to others.

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Gift Card Balance if
they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive
any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned
earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund
will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned
earnings.
