We had found Kent based on his fantastic ratings and they were certainly submitted with reason! He was so flexible when we had a bit of a hectic schedule for the 15 minute meeting and extremely communicative throughout his time with our little buddy, Jerry. Kent was patient and understanding when Jerry was a bit shy at first and by the end of their time together, Jerry had clearly taken a great liking to him! Kent’s proximity to our home in the neighborhood and ability to make Jerry feel comfortable and at ease helped us feel more than safe leaving our little guy for an extended time. We hope to book with him again in the future!

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
