Hi! My name is Marisa. I'm a former cat owner (my sweet boy died a while back and I haven't been able to bring myself to adopt a new baby yet) of roughly 15 years and someone who genuinely loves these furry, adorable creatures. Let's talk about what I can do for your cats! During my visits, you can expect me to feed, cuddle, and play with your cats as if they were my own. I keep litter box and food areas clean and have extensive experience administering drop and oral medications (my own boy had a lot of health concerns before his death). I truly did not expect them to warm up so quickly to her! Marisa understood how hard it is for them to have a stranger in their home and did an amazing job making them feel safe and comfortable. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
