I have extensive experience cat sitting between Meowtel and sitting for family/friends. Since I was born, I have lived with cats and I currently have my own little fur babies myself, the two sleeping cuties pictured below are Lola and Raiden.
I am located in Marina del Rey therefore my main service area covers homes in the following neighborhoods: Marina del Rey, Mar Vista, Venice,... Hello fellow cat parents! I am returning to Meowtel after a mini hiatus and hoping to assist in your cat sitting needs. I have to confess, I have a "mild" obsession with cats. I create a long lasting bond with every little fur baby I meet; I just love getting to know their individual personalities. So please, let me meet your kitties!!! Cats are my absolute favorite animal and I believe in another life I would be a wild cat myself.

With the new Meowtel update I have been able to extend my service area outside of these neighborhoods for a slightly higher service charge to cover further travel. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you are located elsewhere!
With every new client you will receive a complimentary "meet and greet" where you will meet me, explain all necessary tasks during your absence, and lastly, the moment your furbabies and I will begin our new friendship! If requested, this can happen over Facetime.
After booking with me, with each visit you can expect:

-Loads of play time, pets, and snuggles
-Daily detailed updates on how we spend our visit together
-Photos and videos of your furbaby(ies)

What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?
I love love love meeting new little furbabies and getting to know their unique personalities. Cats fascinate me in every way and I feel I connect with them on a very personal level. I form a deep connection with all of my kitty clients which makes them all feel comfortable during repeat reservations.
Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?
I have two little ones! Lola is a female Bengal and is 6 years old. Raiden is a male Lilac Point Siamese and is 1 year old.
How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?
Cats who are timid and anxious have every right to be! It's a scary world out there and now there is a stranger stepping into their home without parents around. In these instances I give them their space, stay calm, and try to use as little movement as possible. Normally (after my tasks are completed) I will sit quietly within their vicinity which will let them know that I am safe. Nine times out of ten they will eventually come out to greet me! After that no sudden movements are required until they feel comfortable. They always seem to come around!

Mallory is a lovely person and an especially great choice for Lola as she managed to coax my timid kitty out of her hiding place every visit and get some cuddle time in. Lola is very shy so this was a wonderful surprise. Mallory is truly a cat whisperer. She also took lots of great pictures and was very responsible. Holiday Surcharge
Due to high demand during holidays, sitters on Meowtel have the option to set their own holiday price increase, which can be found in the rates section of their profiles. If your reservation falls within three (3) days before and/or after a federal holiday, or on the holiday itself, a holiday surcharge, determined by your sitter, will be added to your reservation.
These are the date ranges in 2026 to which the holiday surcharge applies:
- January 1-4: New Year's 2026
- January 16-22: MLK Day
- February 13-19: Presidents Day
- May 22-28: Memorial Day
- June 16-22: Juneteenth
- July 1-7: July 4th
- September 4-10: Labor Day
- October 9-15: Columbus Day / Indigenous Peoples' Day
- November 8-14: Veterans Day
- November 23-29: Thanksgiving

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.

Los Angeles cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $34.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.
Every cat sitter on Meowtel completes a background check. Ask your sitter about a free Meet & Greet so you (and your kitties!) can feel comfortable with your sitter before you leave.
Cats are territorial animals and don't do well in new environments. The presence of other cats, dogs, and even birds in kennels or animal hotels cause an immense amount of stress. This is why Meowtel was created, so tailored in-home care is brought to you.
We recommend booking daily visits to keep your cats in their routine and help minimize feline anxiety while you're away.
Each visit typically includes: feeding, refreshing water bowls, litter box scooping, tidying up, medications, updates with photos, lots of playtime, and any special requests. Ask your sitter about a free Meet & Greet!

Mallory was absolutely amazing! She took care of my 3 cats while I was traveling and though it takes them a while to warm up to people, they warmed up to Mallory right away.
