I adopted my cats in late 2019 and got them spayed just before the pandemic hit, so they haven’t had much human interaction besides me. I also hadn’t traveled since 2018, so I had a lot of anxiety about leaving them for the first time. But the cats were calm and intermittently curious around Cortney when they met, and as soon as I got my first of several timely updates from her during my trip I calmed right down. They warmed up to her quickly, their (annoying) eating habits stayed the same, and they probably actually got more exercise with Cortney than they tend to with me. I’d hire her again in a hearbeat.

Courtney was Awesome. She let me know when she was heading over and sent me pictures of my cat Macy. Macy does not like new people. However, Courtney did amazing with her. She did not try to rush Macy to liking her, she just waited for Macy to get comfortable and come to her. I will be using Courtney again and think her and Macy will become friends in no time.

My cat usually takes a few days to adjust to new people and places but she took to Cortney immediately and I knew I was in good hands. She sent pics of LilUn every few days and know she got the love and attention as back home. She is definitely first on my list and wouldnt hesitate for future sittings!

Cortney did a great job with my 3 cats! She sent me photo updates and general updates on who was being shy and who was being friendly. I would definitely have her watch my kitties again.

Cortney is the absolute best! I had to travel fairly last minute for work and she was able to come by to meet my cats and me on short notice. I could tell they liked her right away, which made my time out of the country totally stress-free. She's kind, personable, and really went above and beyond caring for them while I was away -- and it was so appreciated! I hope she's available every time I need a sitter.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our Meowtel Protection Plan in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
