This is our second time having Ione care for our cats, and once again, they went above and beyond. There are many great sitters on Meowtel, but Ione stands out for their exceptional attention to detail, thorough daily updates, and genuine care. They are incredibly skilled at administering insulin to our diabetic cat, Rico, and always arrive exactly on time—something that’s crucial for his health. We receive daily photos and thoughtful notes about how each of our kitties is doing, which gives us so much peace of mind while we’re away. Every time we return home, everything is spotless and clearly well taken care of. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our cats. Knowing Ione is caring for them allows me to actually relax when traveling. They’re the most responsible, loving, and attentive sitter we’ve ever had.

Ione took excellent care of our cats. One of them needs an inhaler 2x/day, and the other one is so shy he very rarely will warm up to a new person. Both cats adored Ione, and I was so pleasantly surprised to see our shy cat purring in the videos she sent over! Ione was super fast to respond to my messages and was an excellent communicator.

Beyond just handling the medical stuff flawlessly, they also kept the litter box tidy and even cleaned up the occasional cat barf (which we really appreciated). We got daily updates and adorable photos, and knowing our cats were in such good hands made it so much easier to relax during our trip. lone was great and communicated well. She visited Jeff and I before her actual shift started and that was helpful. Jeff responded well to her and loved that she brushed him all weekend. My cat looked fantastic when I got back. His hair was smooth!

Ione has taken care of our elderly, fragile cats a couple of times now. They keep us up to date with detailed texts so we know when everything's going well. Conversely, when one cat had a seizure during the last visit, they contacted us immediately and stayed with her until it was clear she was okay. Ione is definitely someone you can count on to care for your furry friends.

Everything with Ione went easily and smoothly. She is very responsive and did a great job. We were nervous leaving our kitten/tween cat alone for the first time, but Ione's updates showed him getting along great with her and even better he was in great mood when we got home.
