To my fellow Cat Parents, My husband and I have owned our two cats, Oberon (13) and Zuzu (15), for over nine years now! We've cared for them from adulthood (4 and 5 years old respectively) to their present senior 'golden years'. As seniors they require different prescription food and medications, so I definitely understand what it takes to monitor kitties during meal time and make sure the right cat is consuming the right food. I've volunteered as a foster parent for two different animal shelters over the past several years: PAWS Chicago and Stray Cat Alliance in Los Angeles. Fostering has been a wonderful opportunity to learn more cat care skills for kittens as young as 6 days old! I'm now experienced in bottle feeding for newborn kittens, syringe feeding for sick kittens (2-6 months old), giving oral medications, topical ointments, ear and eye drops, and even administering a kitty asthma inhaler for one of my own cats daily. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
